1. The seller

The furniture is made in the Chișinău factory, Republic of Moldova, of our partner company S.R.L. „BosmoImpex”. Your contract is with MOBILA FLAT STUDIO SRL, which is answerable to you for the product, the delivery and the warranty.

2. How ordering works

The site shows our models, prices and a configurator where you choose the size, cabinets and decors. The form sends us a request: it is not an order and does not commit you to anything. A manager calls you, checks the sizes and details and gives you the exact price.

Before you order, you get a written offer (usually by e-mail): the product and its configuration, the total price with VAT, the cost of delivery and installation, the production and delivery time, how to pay and the information on the right of withdrawal. The contract is made in writing, remotely or at the warehouse, once you confirm the offer; we send you its confirmation on a durable medium (e-mail or paper).

3. Prices

Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and include 21% VAT. They do not include delivery and installation unless the manager confirms otherwise. The configurator’s price is a guide: the final price is the one in the offer and the contract, after the sizes are checked and, if needed, measured. Prices on the site are valid when shown and may change; an order is priced as in its contract.

4. Payment

Online payment is not available yet. You pay by bank transfer to the MOBILA FLAT STUDIO SRL account shown on the invoice, or as agreed with the manager. Any advance payment and the payment dates are set in the contract.

5. Lead time

The furniture is made to order in the Chișinău factory. The lead time depends on the size and complexity of the order; we discuss it for each order and write it into the contract.

6. Delivery and installation

We deliver across Romania. The cost and time of delivery and, on request, installation are agreed individually with the manager and written into the contract. You can also collect your order from Depozit Iași, loc. Tomești, str. Victoriei 4, jud. Iași. We agree the delivery and installation date with you in advance. On receipt, please check the packages and note any visible damage on the delivery document.

7. Right of withdrawal (returns)

Under Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014 you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For our furniture this means:

• Standard in-stock products, not changed at your request, can be returned within 14 days of the day you receive them.
• Furniture configured to order — to the sizes, modules, decors or other options you chose — is made especially for you and cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c) of GEO No. 34/2014). Most wall beds fall into this group; the offer tells you clearly whether the product you chose is standard or made to order.
• Mattresses delivered sealed cannot be returned once unsealed, for hygiene reasons (Art. 16(e) of GEO No. 34/2014).

To withdraw, tell us before the 14 days run out with a clear statement to office@rabatabil.ro or by phone at +40 747 202 000; you may also use the model form in Annex 1(B) to GEO No. 34/2014. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us, unused and complete; you bear the direct cost of returning it — as the furniture is bulky, the manager tells you beforehand what the return transport costs. We refund everything you paid, standard delivery included, within 14 days of your notice, by bank transfer; we may hold the refund until we get the product back. You are liable only for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check it.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial warranty

For all products we are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery and becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery, under GEO No. 140/2021. If a product does not conform, you may ask for it to be repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible or not done in time, for a price reduction or termination of the contract. Repair or replacement is free of charge and done within a reasonable time not exceeding 15 calendar days from when you told us, unless we agree otherwise.

On top of the legal guarantee, wall beds carry a 24-month commercial warranty; other products are covered on the terms of the contract and the warranty certificate. The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects in our installation, not damage from improper use, work by others, or normal wear. It does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee.

9. Complaints

Complaints can be made by phone at +40 747 202 000, at office@rabatabil.ro or at the warehouse. Please describe the problem and, if you can, send photos. We examine them and answer within the time limits set by law.

10. Consumer protection and disputes

We always try first to settle any disagreement amicably, directly with you.

The contract is governed by Romanian law. If we cannot agree, the dispute is decided by the competent courts of Romania. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live.

The texts, photos, renders and drawings on the site belong to MOBILA FLAT STUDIO SRL, to the manufacturer S.R.L. „BosmoImpex”, or are used with their authors’ consent, and may not be reused without our permission.
